Understanding the magnitude of a decision that could impact the City’s Emergency Medical Services (EMS), City Council will have further discussions regarding the Province’s new EMS costing model.

With warmer weather rolling in, the City of Lethbridge is reminding residents to roll out their curbside green carts every week for pick-up. 

Weekly collection resumes next week, May 5.

Travel to west Lethbridge may be slightly delayed by alternating lane closures on westbound Whoop-Up Drive early next week.

The city has introduced a new webpage that posts daily sports field status updates, replacing the old phone line. All fields open or close together based on weather and safety conditions.
