City Council Committees assist in the review and decision making process in various areas affecting the community. The City depends on citizens to volunteer.
A full listing of the Boards, Commissions, and Committees will be available once all of the vacancies have been filled.
The City advertises to fill positions on these Boards, Commissions and Committees. Please see the list of Boards, Commissions and Committees for more information on eligibility, length of term, meetings times etc. Terms of office expire in October or December with vacancies being advertised in August. However, should a vacancy occur mid-year as a result of a resignation, etc. it will be advertised at that time. Vacancies are advertised on the City of Lethbridge website.
