Born and raised in southern Alberta, I attended school in Enchant and Vauxhall before moving to Lethbridge for university.
I have lived in Lethbridge for the last several decades. From 2000-2017, I was the Museum Educator at the Galt Museum & Archives, teaching history to southern Alberta students.
I am currently the president of the Lethbridge Historical Society (LHS) and past-president of the Historical Society of Alberta. With the LHS, I have published four books on local history and hope to publish several more over the next few years. As a free-lance writer, I write for Lethbridge living and other publications.
I regularly volunteer in the community, sitting on boards and committees such as Heart of Our City, the YWCA International Women’s Day Committee, Enchant Centennial Committee and the Lethbridge Chapter of Kids Help Phone.
My Office Hours: Thursday, 9 am to noon. To schedule an appointment with me, please contact the Councillor's Office at 403-329-7327 or my number/email below.
