The City of Lethbridge has adopted a new Land Use Bylaw (Bylaw 5700).
Changes include the following:
- revised parking standards for some uses and districts
- some uses changed from permitted to discretionary
- some uses removed or added to some districts
- more targeted application of general building design requirements
- incorporation of Site Design guidelines
- incorporation of Infill Design guidelines
- incorporation of Landscape Design guidelines
