Any business, trade, profession, industry, occupation, employment, calling or anyone providing goods or service in the City of Lethbridge is required to hold a valid City of Lethbridge Business License.

Development Approval
Businesses operating from a commercial location or a residence must apply to
Development Services to verify that the location for which the business will operate is approved under the Land Use Bylaw.
In order to process some business licenses there may be other regulating government authorities from which approval must be obtained.
