The City of Lethbridge Infrastructure Services is seeking qualified consultants who can provide general or specialist professional services to complete design, tendering and construction management for small municipal projects which will not exceed $150,000 in fees per assignment.  Specifically the City is seeking qualifications for Municipal Engineering work that includes projects in water, sanitary sewerage, storm water, roads, environmental and geotechnical projects.  Consultants are asked to indicate the areas where they can provide services from the following list:
• Design,  Drafting, and Tender Package Preparation
• Construction Services, Field Inspection and Resident Engineering
• Technical Design, Review and Reporting (for example, slope stability, environmental reporting, geotechnical reports, value engineering and technical review of drawings and specifications)
• Municipal Specialist (e.g. Storm Water Management, Hydraulic Structures, Roadway Geometry, Round-Abouts, Lift Station Design)

To streamline the process of retaining a variety of engineering services the City is issuing this RFQu in order to create a list of pre-qualified engineering firms that can be offered various small municipal engineering projects, inspections and reviews based upon their qualifications and areas of expertise.

Bid Description:
Statements of Qualifications will be accepted on an ongoing basis over the 3 year term of this request.  After three years the process will be reviewed.

New or updated statements of qualifications will be reviewed and added to the pre-qualified list every 4 months depending on the number of new or updated submissions received.

Applicants do not need to submit their qualifications more than once but, are asked to submit updates when significant changes occur in their organization and are encouraged to update their submissions at least once each year.
