The City of Lethbridge will from time to time have surplus vehicles and equipment for sale to the general public. These opportunities will be advertised on the City website and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Surplus equipment and materials are available for immediate sale
  • The City of Lethbridge reserves the right to accept or reject any and all offers
  • Unless otherwise specified, the terms are F.O.B. our City location
  • Items are offered on an "As Is - Where Is" basis
  • The City makes no claims or representation of warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied
  • We do not guarantee its use for a particular purpose
  • We will assist you in obtaining any additional information on this equipment
  • Inspections are encouraged
  • All sales are final
  • All sales except foreign sales are now GST applicable
