Rucking is like walking but with weight in your ruck sack. Like to walk? Try rucking and triple your calorie burn!
If you weigh under 150 lbs, we recommend you carry 20 lbs in your ruck sack.
If you weigh more than 150 lbs, we recommend you carry 30 lbs in your ruck sack.
You can fill your ruck sack with a bag of rice, potatoes, sandbags, stone, weights or even bricks.
Make sure you bring water. This is a social activity, but you will be challenged.
