The City of Lethbridge will be hosting information sessions for local community organizations outlining the City's different funding sources and application processes to support capital project needs. These sessions will include information on the upcoming Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and the Community Capital Projects Grant (CCPG).
The sessions are open to the public and will run Tuesday, August 30 at 1 p.m. and Wednesday, September 7 at 5 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall - 910 4th Avenue S.
Community groups are encouraged to attend and learn more about the potential funding sources, the requirements for the different programs, processes and deadlines. City staff will be on hand to answer questions and provide further information.
The sessions will be particularly helpful for groups who have ideas and plans for major projects as well as those interested in doing project planning work.
