Mobile Voting Stations

​We're making it easier than ever before to vote in the 2017 Municipal Election.

If you can't vote on Election Day Oct. 16, one way you can vote in advance is by visiting our new Mobile Voting Station – a specially marked Lethbridge Transit Bus. This Mobile Voting Station will be set up at the following locations and times: 

October 5, 2017

  • 10 a.m.-2 p.m.   Nord-Bridge Seniors Centre, 1904 - 13 Avenue North
  • 4-8 p.m.             Real Canadian Superstore, 5315 Mayor Magrath Drive South

October 12, 2017

  • 10 a.m.-2 p.m.   Park Place Mall, 501-1 Avenue South
  • 4-8 p.m.             Westside Safeway, 550 University Drive West

Any eligible voters can vote at these Mobile Voting Stations or at any other Advance Voting Stations scheduled before Election Day. More information on the 2017 Municipal Election is available at: www.lethbridge.ca/election.

Voters can vote for Mayor, up to eight candidates for City Councillor, up to seven candidates for Public School Trustee, and up to five candidates for Separate School Trustee. When casting ballots, voters are not required to vote for the maximum number of candidates in any category.

Remember, in order to vote you must be: at least 18 years of age, a Canadian Citizen, a resident of Alberta for at least six months before Election Day, a resident of Lethbridge on Election Day, and be able to present ID that shows your name and address.
