1. Provides support, information, advice and analysis related to the procurement of goods and services.
2. Mitigates risk by ensuring that the Corporations procurement business is conducted in an open, fair and transparent manner.
3. Develops and manages competitive bid processes - Requests for Quotations (RFQ), Requests for Tenders (RFT), Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Qualifications (RFQu).
