The City of Lethbridge Community Asset Management Program (CAMP) is a comprehensive undertaking involving a core corporate team and various business units. The CAMP team provides internal consulting services to various business units to provide support, education, expertise, and resources to help implement a Best-in-Class Asset Management Program.
Mission: Provide resources, leadership and a framework enabling business units to embed asset management best practices into our corporate culture.
Vision: Through effective use of tools, resources, and processes, CAMP provides services to City business units to effectively manage their assets, business processes & knowledge to deliver their services to the community in a cost effective manner and at an acceptable level of risk.
The focus of the CAMP team is to work with various levels within each of the business units to provide the processes and tools required to make consistent, effective and informed decisions which will ultimately lead to managing the corporate assets in the most cost effective manner.
