Tuesday Night Meditation Drop-In

Are you new to mindfulness or not had good experience with trying to meditate on your own? You are very welcome to join us! We always review the basics of sitting for those new to meditation practice and answer your questions afterwards, so no previous experience is required.
The half-hour sitting is followed by a talk or other presentation and discussion. Chairs, cushions, available for your use, or bring your own. Free or by donation.
