Recognizing the need for dogs to run, the City of Lethbridge has established three dog runs within City limits. These beautiful, and large, areas are a pleasure to visit for both people and pets. Please make use of the garbage containers and doggie bag dispensers and remain within the signed areas.

South Side Dog Run
Located west of Scenic Drive and 11 Avenue South

North Side Dog Run
Located in Peenaquim Park, just north of the access road at the base of the coulees

West Side Dog Run
Located in Popson Park between the boat launch and the picnic shelter
Note: Rattlesnakes may be present within this area. Encounters are uncommon but if you think your dog has been bitten, take him to the vet immediately. With proper treatment, fatalities are rare.
