Lethbridge West Community Retreat - Nicholas Sheran Park Feature Page

Central to the community of West Lethbridge, Nicholas Sheran Park is perfect for family outings, relaxing in the sun or flying a kite. Nicholas Sheran Lake is stocked with fish and surrounded by a walking trail. A large playground area and a picnic facility are located at the south end.

Symbolic of life and the desire of people in Lethbridge that the future thrives in peace, twelve trees have been planted in the "Peace Grove" within this park. A second symbolic planting of 125 trees celebrated Canada’s 125th birthday in 1992.
