Mission
The purpose of the City of Lethbridge Wastewater Utility is to collect, treat and dispose of wastewater to ensure that water is effectively cleansed and made available for future use.
Core Activities and Services Engineering which focuses on the creation and growth of the utility's assets. Collection which focuses on the sanitary sewer collection system, which is the underground network of pipes that collects wastewater and delivers it to the wastewater treatment plant. Treatment which focuses on the operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, lift station and their asset maintenance and life cycle management.
