To apply for service you can:

  • Call Utility Customer Care at 403 320 3111.
  • Fax or mail our application form.
  • Apply in person at City Hall.

Electric customers can choose any retailer listed at www.ucahelps.alberta.ca or by calling the UCA at 310-4822.
