Public participation is welcome in the form of written or verbal submissions. The Committee may invite external experts to present information on a topic before them.

Meetings
Heart of Our City Committee meetings occur monthly, on the second Wednesday of the month, starting at 3:30 p.m. A special meeting may be called at the request of the Chair or Vice-Chair with 48 hours notice.
Mandate
The Purpose of the Heart of Our City Committee is to champion the Heart of Our City Master Plan as the framework document for revitalization of Lethbridge's urban core. Further, to be the catalyst to Council by providing strategic leadership in accordance with CIty Council's Strategic Plan. This Committee reports to the Civic Works Standing Policy Committee.
