What is this bylaw about?

This bylaw proposes a rezoning to the captioned parcels from Low Density Residential (R-CL) to Mixed Density Residential (R-M). The proposed rezoning will facilitate single-detached dwellings containing secondary suites on the parcels.  

When will the Public Hearing be? 

The Public Hearing will be Monday, August 10, 2020 in Council Chamber, City Hall.  

How can I participate?

If you wish to make a written submission on the Bylaw, fill out a submission form no later than Monday, August 3, 2020.  You may also make a verbal presentation at the Public Hearing, but note that presentations are limited to five minutes.  The Public Hearing will also be streamed here
