What is this bylaw about?
This bylaw proposes a rezoning to the captioned parcels from Low Density Residential (R-CL) to Mixed Density Residential (R-M). The proposed rezoning will facilitate single-detached dwellings containing secondary suites on the parcels.
When will the Public Hearing be?
The Public Hearing will be Monday, August 10, 2020 in Council Chamber, City Hall.

If you wish to make a written submission on the Bylaw, fill out a submission form no later than Monday, August 3, 2020. You may also make a verbal presentation at the Public Hearing, but note that presentations are limited to five minutes. The Public Hearing will also be streamed here.
