What is this bylaw about?
This bylaw proposes a rezoning to the captioned parcels from High Density Residential (R-150) to Medium Density Residential (R-75) and Mixed Density Residential (R-M). The proposed R-75 land use district will permit single-storey apartments for the undeveloped portion of the site, while the proposed R-M land use district will be applied to existing buidings on the site to best accommodate size and sale of the existing development.
When will the Public Hearing be?
The Public Hearing will be Tuesday, February 9, 2021 in Council Chamber, City Hall.
