Public Hearing Bylaw Description
The proposed rezoning will primarily allow for single detached homes that contain secondary suites on selected sites that are proposed to be rezoned to Mixed Density Residential (R-M) and Low Density Residential (R-L), in addition to other land uses as allowed under the Land Use Bylaw.
The proposed rezoning would not allow for secondary suites on selected sites that are proposed to be rezoned to Comprehensively Planned Low Density Residential (R-CL). The subject sites are undeveloped at this time.
