Bylaw 6300 - Land Use Bylaw
What is this bylaw about?
This bylaw is the new Land Use Bylaw. It will replace and rescind the existing Land Use Bylaw 5700. The Land Use Bylaw is a statutory document that lays out the permitted and discretionary uses of the city's land. Changes include formatting, numbering, and housekeeping-type revisions. Greater stakeholder input will occur in Fall 2020.
When will the Public Hearing be?
The Public Hearing will be Monday, July 13, 2020 in Council Chamber, City Hall.
How can I participate?
If you wish to make a written submission on the Bylaw, fill out a submission form no later than Monday, July 6, 2020. You may also make a verbal presentation at the Public Hearing, but note that presentations are limited to five minutes. The Public Hearing will also be streamed here.
