Residents encouraged to go online or call 311 for City services.

With COVID-19 cases on the rise in our city, the safety of residents and our employees has reached a new level of importance. City Hall remains open, but in order to reduce opportunities for close contact and following recommendations from the Chief Medical Officer of Health, City of Lethbridge employees who can work from home will do so until at least November 28.  

City staff who are unable to work from home due to the nature of their job will continue to take all necessary precautions to curb the spread of COVD-19. Service levels will not be impacted but anyone needing to speak with a specific employee is encouraged to call 311 first instead of visiting City Hall.

Residents can access a variety of services online including paying for parking fines, submitting service requests, scheduling building permit inspections, renewing business licenses, checking their utilities usage and payments, and more.
