As the City continues to take additional steps to limit the spread of COVID-19, all in-person services will be moving online, with City Hall closing to the public on Monday, May 10 until further notice.
Residents are able to access City information from the comfort of home and run a range of errands including paying for parking fines, renewing dog licenses, scheduling building permit inspections, renewing business licenses or checking their utilities usage and payments.

- To submit a service request to the City online, residents can visit our 311 Portal or call 311 during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- If residents find an essential service they cannot access online, appointments can be made by calling 311.
The shift to exclusive online services will allow the City to review and enhance current safety measures, ensuring we continue to protect our residents and staff once City Hall reopens.
