A heads up to residents that public access to Lethbridge City Hall will be temporarily closed from December 26 to January 3.
Residents will be asked to access the City's online services or call Lethbridge 311 rather than visiting City Hall during this time.
Additionally, the Lethbridge 311 office will be closed on Monday, December 26, and Tuesday, December 27, for recognition of Christmas Day and Boxing Day, as well as on Monday, January 2, in recognition of New Year's Day.
We have a 24/7 service available at 311.lethbridge.ca to help with your questions. For urgent issues, a 24-hr trouble line is available at 311. A full list on online City Services is available at www.lethbridge.ca/onlineservices. There are options to pay parking tickets, book recreation activities, book an inspection, review Transit schedules, renew dog licenses and more.
All non-essential City services will be closed on Monday, December 26, and Tuesday, December 27, as well as on Monday, January 2, as part of the statutory holiday schedule. A full list of the City's Holiday Service Level changes will be issued next week.
More information on 2023 property tax prepayments will also be issued next week.
