City seeking impact of COVID19 on residents

The City of Lethbridge wants to know how COVID19 has impacted households across the city in order to better serve the community moving forward.

An online survey has been launched to seek input from residents across the city to better understand how the pandemic has effected daily life. The survey takes approximately five minutes to complete and asks questions that range from basic household information, how COVID19 has changed use of City services and if behaviours such as working or studying from home have had to be adopted.

The survey is available online at and will close on May 6, 2020. The results will be shared with residents once compiled and will help the City to better understand service satisfaction, needs, priorities and concerns of residents.
