Community Phone Survey Starts Today

On behalf of the City of Lethbridge, IPSOS will be conducting a phone survey over the next few weeks to gather information and feedback from residents.

This survey will help identify what municipal services are most important to Lethbridge residents and gauge how the City is doing in providing those services to the community. Creating a variety of engagement opportunities is critical in helping City Council in their decision making process, particularly as they prepare to set a new 4-year operating budget later this fall.

The City of Lethbridge has completed six community surveys since 2005, all of which can be found online at www.lethbridge.ca/surveys. This data helps compare year-over-year performance to understand where the City if performing well and what areas may need improving.

For residents who get a call over the next few weeks, please consider participating so your views can be heard. The survey is confidential and will take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

Additional opportunities for residents to provide feedback ahead of operating budget deliberations will be available in late summer and early fall. As always, public feedback is consistently gathered through the www.getinvolvedlethbridge.ca website and through our customer contact centre by calling 311.
