Lethbridge Transit General Manager, Tim Sanderson says, "Lethbridge Transit is thrilled to be partnering with the Galt Museum on this project and to offer access to the wonderful cultural venues our community has to offer."

CultureLINK will also extend public transit service into the river valley. "Offering barrier-free access to the river valley is something that we hope the community embraces," says Sanderson. "Whether it be to visit cultural destinations, or to get down to the river valley for a bike ride or walk with friends and family, we are excited to offer an alternative mode of transportation."

Galt Museum and Archives CEO, Darrin Martens says, "There will be no better way to experience the energy and vitality that Lethbridge has to offer this summer, plus visitors will be helping reduce their carbon footprint and maybe make a few new friends along the way."

A tourism ambassador will be on board Monday through Saturday courtesy of Tourism Lethbridge to share information about the exciting activities, special events, shopping and dining Lethbridge has to offer.

Tourism Lethbridge CEO, Erin Crane says, "CultureLink will connect visitors with our major attractions, but it will also provide access to the river valley for residents to enjoy. We encourage everyone to explore Lethbridge this summer and be a tourist in your own backyard."

CultureLINK will officially launch in front of the Galt Museum on Monday, June 27 at 10 a.m. Residents, community partners and collaborators are all encouraged to hop on for the inaugural trip.
