The southbound outside lane on Scenic Drive will be closed for guardrail maintenance from 5 Avenue North to Highway 3 on Tuesday, August 16. Two-way traffic will be maintained, though may be congested at peak commute times throughout the day.
This is expected to last until the end of the day, weather permitting.
