Residents should be aware that access to a number of online services through MyCity will be unavailable Monday evening to complete important maintenance. We understand this may impact residents trying to access these services because of the current City Hall closure related to COVID-19. This work will help the City ensure there is capacity to handle additional volume to the system in the coming weeks.
From Monday, March 23 at 4 p.m. to approximately 8 p.m. the following online services will be unavailable:
- Online payments for parking tickets and business licenses
- Inquiries regarding property information
- MyCity inquiries regarding dog licenses, business licenses, building permits and property taxes
- eApply online applications for building permits
We thank residents for their patience while we conduct these needed upgrades to our online systems. Access to other online services will not be affected.
