If you're a resident, landowner, business owner, or just someone with a general interest in the London Road neighbourhood, you're invited to an Open House to discuss the updated London Road Area Redevelopment Plan, which will replace the existing plan from 1982.
Wednesday, April 12
Drop in between 4:30–7 p.m. at City Hall, 910 – 4 Ave South
The process of updating the plan began in late 2013 and has included engagement with various stakeholders in the neighbourhood including the London Road Neighbourhood Association. The plan provides an up-to-date long-term vision for the neighbourhood that will guide redevelopment in a way that balances conservation and renewal.
Please join us to get an update on the project, to speak with planning staff and fellow residents, and to provide feedback on the updated plan. This will be the final opportunity for feedback as it is anticipated that in May 2017, following any necessary revisions, the plan will go to City Council for approval.
For more information visit www.lethbridge.ca/lrarp. For those unable to attend, this website will be updated with all open house content on April 13, and a link to an online survey will be available to submit feedback.
