Effective immediately, the outside westbound lane of 3 Avenue South will be closed between 10 Street South and 11 Street South for an emergency water service repair. One westbound lane and both eastbound lanes will remain open at this time.
This work is expected to be completed by end of day July 22, weather permitting.
