Effective January 27, at 9 a.m., westbound 3 Avenue South, including the turning lanes, will be closed between 18 Street and 19 Street South so crews can work on an emergency water main repair.
Two-way traffic will be maintained in the eastbound lanes.
This work is expected to be completed by end of day January 31, weather permitting.

Motorists are advised to drive with caution in this area and follow posted detours.
