March 28, 2019: Starting Friday, March 29, work will resume to reline sanitary sewer lines along Stafford Drive North
between 2A Avenue and 9 Avenue North. Phase 1 will take place from March 29 – April 3 and includes a closure of westbound 2A Avenue North, 10 Street North and 3 Avenue North.
March 25, 2019: Due to a delay in the delivery of lining materials, sewer lining in North Lethbridge is postponed. We will send out another notice when we have a clear date for this work to start. Crews will try to reopen as much of the road as possible. We thank the community for their patience and understanding.
Starting Wednesday March 20, work will begin to reline sanitary sewer lines along Stafford Drive North between 2A Avenue and 9 Avenue North. This work is scheduled in three phases and will take about six weeks.
Phase 1 will take place from March 20 - 31 and includes a closure of westbound 2A Avenue North, 10 Street North and 3 Avenue North.

Motorists are asked to drive with caution in these areas and follow posted detours.
Residents in this area have been notified in writing about the scheduled interruptions to their household sewer service.
The City of Lethbridge is repairing aging sewer lines with Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP), a cost-effective alternative to sewer line replacement. CIPP is a relining solution that eliminates the need to dig up roads, making it much less disruptive for residents and commuters.
