The City of Lethbridge will be conducting a short phone survey over the next month to gather information from residents on their level of satisfaction with Utility Services.
The survey will be conducted by City staff and includes 9 yes and no answers. It is estimated that the survey should take 5 minutes to complete and calls are expected to be completed by the middle of December.
Conducting this survey is encouraged by the Alberta Utility Commission as a way to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement.
