Utility Customer Care (Utility Services) is located on the 1st floor of City Hall at 910 - 4th Avenue South.
Utility Services provides billing, customer care, collections and technical services in support of Water, Wastewater, Electric, and Waste and Recycling. We are responsible for reading 66,000 meters and billing 34,000 customers each month, providing the primary contact for customers through our statement, call centre and e-services website.
All billing inquiries should be made directly to the City of Lethbridge Utility Customer Care Centre.
