Join one of our education staff & discover the amazing plants & animals found right here in Lethbridge!
Programs will take place entirely outdoors. Cost: $35/ program
Choose from one of the following topics for your 1 hour private tour:
- Animal Tracking – Have you ever wondered what animals are in your neighbourhood during the winter? Discover more about our wild neighbours by exploring animal tracks & signs.
- Birds, Birds, Birds! – The river valley is home to many different birds, some that stay year round & some that are here for part of the year. Discover the amazing birds that can be found in Lethbridge.
- Cottonwood Forest – Discover the only native tree species found in Lethbridge. Explore some of the creatures that depend on the cottonwood forest.
Borrow one of the NEW StoryWalk Around Town kits featuring Barbara Reid’s book Picture a Tree
from the Lethbridge Public Library.
Kits include a copy of the book, activity sheets, suggested map locations, and adventure supplies.
