Inspired by Nature: Youth Art Exhibit
Calling all youth of Southern Alberta!
Exhibit your nature-inspired artwork in the 'Inspired by Nature: Youth Art Exhibit' this fall at the Nature Centre!
In partnership with Rotary Club of Lethbridge East & Helen Schuler Nature Centre, we are proud to present the work of the next generation of artists. This annual showcase of creative expressions from youth aged 18 & under will be on display in the Community Art Gallery at the Nature Centre.
The exhibit will be on display Sept 19 – Oct 30, 2022.
Submissions can be mixed media, art, music, photography, videography, or writing.

- Animal Tracking – Have you ever wondered what animals are in your neighbourhood during the winter? Discover more about our wild neighbours by exploring animal tracks & signs.
- Birds, Birds, Birds! – The river valley is home to many different birds, some that stay year round & some that are here for part of the year. Discover the amazing birds that can be found in Lethbridge.
- Cottonwood Forest – Discover the only native tree species found in Lethbridge. Explore some of the creatures that depend on the cottonwood forest.
Borrow one of the NEW StoryWalk Around Town kits featuring Barbara Reid’s book Picture a Tree
from the Lethbridge Public Library.
Kits include a copy of the book, activity sheets, suggested map locations, and adventure supplies.
