Did you know that wild, native plants are often edible?
 Roots, shoots, leaves and seeds of many plants are part of the edible landscape.

Join Julie, an IGA certified hiking guide and nature educator, for an enlightening walk to discover some of the edible wild plants growing in our area. This two-hour walk will take place in the Nature Reserve, where you will be able to familiarize yourself with the river valley's diverse edible flora.
