The Children of St. Martha’s Elementary School playground and open space are linked to the parks and trails system on the west side making it one small part of a much larger park system. These grounds feature three playgrounds; one with an accessible rubberized surface. The school grounds also include 2 child size soccer pitches (no booking required), 1 child size baseball diamond (no booking required), outdoor basketball hoop and hopscotch markings.
The school grounds can be accessed from Columbia and McMaster Boulevards and there is parking available during non-school hours. The playgrounds and field get plenty of use as a children’s after school program operates at this school.
Please note: dogs are not permitted on school or sports fields.
