What is Henderson Lake Parkrun?
It is a free 5km run - just you vs. the clock.
When is it?
Every Saturday at 9:00 am.
Where is it?
The event takes place at Henderson Lake Park, starting at the Kinsmen Picnic Shelter (across from 31st Street South along Parkside Dr South).
What does it cost?
Nothing! Parkrun is totally free, but register before your first run, and don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode. If you forget it, you wont get a time.

Parkrun is a free, volunteer based 5km run aimed at getting people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels outside and enjoying local park space on a regular basis. The events are non-competitive, there are no prizes but run times can be registered online to see how you rank if you wish to know. Events take place all over the world every single Saturday of the year, rain, snow or sunshine! Bring the kids, bring the dog, get moving and join us!
