Employee of the Month

The Employee of the Month Award is designed to recognize City of Lethbridge employees who provide exemplary service to the residents of our city.

This award is typically given to those employees who go above and beyond in the course of their normal work day. They must make special individual efforts to exemplify outstanding public service or leadership.

Employees will be recognized monthly within their work groups and by the City Manager for a job well done.
