Lethbridge 311 is the City's centralized customer contact centre which is available to the community by calling 311 (403-320-3111 outside City limits), chatting with us on our website or visiting us in person at City Hall. Our trained customer service specialists can help you with questions about all City programs and services including:

  • Reporting a problem
  • Requesting a service
  • Feedback about programs and services
  • Inquiries for Mayor and Council
  • General questions
Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and an after-hours trouble line is available outside this time at the same number.

An online customer service portal is also available to submit online service requests 24/7 at 311.lethbridge.ca
