



About the Project
The project involves renovations and upgrades to the Lethbridge Airport Terminal Building, including new hold room washrooms and updated finishes throughout, and the design of an upgraded water service. The airport terminal renovations will support current and future passenger activity, and the upgraded water service will ensure proper water supply for fire response at the airport.
Project Updates
December 2021
This project is now complete. All public areas are now open for use.
September 2021
Phase 1 construction saw the completion of new hold room washrooms, upgrades to portions of the secure hold room, and construction of a new seating area, which is now open. Phase 2 (final phase) is anticipated to be complete by the end of November 2021.
June 2021
This project is currently under construction and is anticipated to be complete by the end of October 2021.
March 2021
This project is currently under construction. Ellis Don is the General Contractor for the project renovations.
December 2020
Design continues for this project.
October 2020
The project is currently in the design stage with construction anticipated to start at the beginning of 2021.
July 2020
The project is currently in the design stage with construction anticipated to begin at the end of 2020.
August 2019
A consulting team was selected to perform the design of the terminal building renovations.
