About the Project
Nicholas Sheran Park serves as the primary park and attraction on the city's west side and hosts a number of community events. An Irrigation System Audit completed in 2015 reported poor function, water distribution and efficiency of the aging system in Nicholas Sheran Park. Additionally, many of the original system components and replacement parts are outdated and unavailable.
The more efficient, updated system will provide decreased water usage and cost, reduced repair costs and increase the overall health and aesthetic appeal of the regional park, creating a vibrant atmosphere for community recreation and events.
