Background
Existing irrigation systems in Rotary, Queens, Trinity and Dalhousie Parks in west Lethbridge are over 25 years old and are reaching the end of their useful lives. Due to age and outdated components, the systems are not as water efficient as others in the city. Under the lifecycle renewal program, these systems will be upgraded to meet current standards and allow for better water distribution and more efficient water application.
Scope
The scope of work will include the removal, supply and installation of all irrigation components required to operate an efficient irrigation system, including main line pipe, lateral line pipes, electrical wires, sprinkler heads, valves, controllers and water services.
