Interactive Invoice
This interactive invoice is an example of a typical residential invoice to help you better understand the charges and information on your invoice. It includes most items that you will see however it may not cover all scenarios.

Page 1 includes a summary of your account, total amount owing and penalty date.
Pages 3 and 4 include a detailed breakdown of your charges and any associated meter readings.

What am I paying for?
The City of Lethbridge provides
waste, recycling,
water and
electric services. These services are billed monthly as a fixed daily charge and variable charge based on metered commodity usage.
Electricity and natural gas products and services are competitive in Alberta. You are free to choose a retailer of your choice. You can find a listing of licensed Alberta Retailers at: www.ucahelps.gov.ab.ca or call 310- 4455 (toll free in Alberta).
We also charge an administrative fee on each invoice to cover the cost of reading meters, generating the invoice and providing customer support.
