Information About Retailers - YOUR Choice
We have a deregulated electricity market in Alberta which allows customers to choose the energy provider of their choice. For a list of Alberta approved Retailers and to read more about finding a retailer click here www.ucahelps.gov.ab.ca.
The City of Lethbridge provides energy as the Regulated Rate Provider or Default Supplier. Our rates change every month and are posted under RATES. The City of Lethbridge does not contract with any retailers to provide energy to our customers. We do not send anyone door to door soliciting customers. If you have any concerns about a retailer contacting you, you may contact the City of Lethbridge at (403) 320-4057 or the Utilities Consumer Advocate at www.ucahelps.gov.ab.ca
