The City of Lethbridge has two snow storage facilities where excess snow can be dumped.
In order to access the snow storage facilities, contractors must register with the City of Lethbridge using the following application form:
Snow Storage Site Application
Primary Location - West Lethbridge Depot Site
69 University Dr. W.
Secondary Location – South Lethbridge Snow Storage Facility
702 43 Street S.
The South Lethbridge Snow Storage Facility is opened only during extreme weather events and when the ground is sufficiently frozen to accommodate heavy vehicles. Those users who are registered for access will receive notification when it is accessible.
