For general inquiries about this new service, please call our 311 customer contact centre Mon-Fri from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  

An online reservation form can be found at Lethbridge.ca/reserve-a-ride.  Please complete and submit the form and a booking agent will contact you by email or phone to confirm your reservation times. Altenatively, you can call 403-359-6558 and reserve a ride with a booking agent. Our reservation call centre operates Monday – Sunday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. 

  

Please notify the booking agent your bus stop number or address and we can locate the closest stop, for your pickup and drop-off.  Let us know what time you would like to be at your destination.  You can book a one-way trip or book a return trip. We can accommodate both types of rides. 

  

The fixed-route service will no longer operate, all bus trips will need to be reserved through our online service Lethbridge.ca/reserve-a-ride or by calling 403-359-6558.

  

Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 11:30 pm

Saturday 7:00 am – 11:30 pm

Sunday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm.

  

No, this is not a taxi service.  We only provide rides from bus stop to bus stop and these trips have to be reserved before 4:30 p.m. the day prior to your ride.

  

​Your bus should arrive within 20 minutes of your booked time. Please do not leave your bus stop or call in before this time. 

  

Anyone requiring transportation who uses a wheelchair or scooter as a mobility aid can book a ride on Access-A-Ride, please call 403-329-6464. The Access-A-Ride booking agent is available Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

  

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, this change will ensure transit can remain a safe and viable service for those who need it most. This is a temporary measure as we continue to manage our local response to COVID-19.

  

Yes, Lethbridge Transit is free at this time.

  

Yes, customers can only enter and exit the bus through the rear doors.

  

We would encourage those who do not have access to phones or the internet to work with those support systems they would regularly rely on. This information has been communicated to those groups who support our vulnerable populations.

  

​Call our booking line at 403.359.6560 and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Essential workers are a priority.

  

​Trips are scheduled across several buses, if a time slot becomes full we will put it on another bus. We will always ensure there are no more than 14 people per bus to adhere to Alberta Health Services mass gathering guidelines.
