Palliser Park

Palliser Park is a long linear park that runs adjacent to 28th Street North between 5th Avenue and 12th Avenue North. This green strip divides the residential neighbourhoods from the industrial park.

The park is most commonly used by fitness enthusiasts as there is an extensive trail (part of the regional trail system) ideal for walking, running, roller blading or cycling. There is also one child sized ball diamond and two mini soccer pitches located in this green strip which are used regularly.

This area is perfect for those working in the industrial area looking to stretch their legs during lunch breaks, or for exercise enthusiasts looking for a new route for their regular walks or runs.

This park is also home to a World War II and AW Shackleford monument.
